ALL ABILITY FITCAMP

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. Combining a variety of body weight exercises to enable you to star your fitness journey at your own pace while building your ability in a fun relaxed atmosphere

Box-fit

High Intensity Interval training combining a variety of body weight exercises with boxing routines

LBT

Legs, bums and Tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up the thighs, bum and stomach. 

Strength and Toning

non impact routines to help sculpt the body while building muscle

kettlebells

Kettlebell classes are a mix of strength conditioning, core fitness and endurance. Incorporating a kettlebell into a routine results in a full body workout that helps to improve mobility and core strength

CIRCUITS

Combination of endurance, resistance and high intensity exercises performed in a circuit 

METAFIT

30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that is made up of non choreographed body weight exercises 

PERSONAL TRAINING

45 min sessions that will be designed in partnership with each individual to ensure that you are able to meet your personal goals. Nutritional information and support is included
